Both bag and Amazon are amazing
This review is for the diaper bag and for Amazon's customer service. They both get 5 stars. I had an initial problem where I did not receive the bag but some warehouse garbage(literally#. The box was demolished and looked like it was re-taped. I contacted Amazon customer service and they promptly overnighted me a replacement and emailed me a return label for the first shipment. The only inconvenience was that I had to take it to a UPS store to ship it...
A diaper bag for dudes!
I am a new dad and needed a manly bag. Done deal. Masculine enough, big enough, and very well made. Plenty of compartments and is very comfortable to wear.
Would/will transition nicely into a laptop bag when the day comes.
